new beginnings. sort of.

I don't know if its the onset of Spring, my new car, or yet another new haircut, but I have started my diet and exercise efforts with renewed vigor. After being sick last week, I spent a 1/2 hour last night on my elliptical trainer, and then another 20 minutes with some free weights. Ohhhh, it feels good to be working out again :-)

Of course, I then totally blew it by chomping down some poppers with Miriam. I check on Weight Watchers today, and they are 4 points EACH!!! Just to put that in perspective for you, my daily points allowance is 20.

I'm gonna have to eat rabbit food and work out every single day this week if I want to drink at FLOW on Saturday night.
